MailMeter Individual Search and Retrieval (ISR) and Outlook Add In are the secure interface for your end users to search only their own email in the Archive.
You can reduce the size of your email database since users can find any email they ever sent or received through the ISR browser application.
MailMeter ISR gives users the ability to search the archive for every email that they sent or received. For users, it’s like having the ultimate Inbox and Sent folders with fast, intelligent searching. A user can easily search the Archive for all email:
- From a specific email address or domain (all users at a specified organization)
- Any date range
- Specific text in the message body or attachments
- Wildcard, verb tense, fuzzy, Boolean and proximity searching are supported.
Similar to ISR, the Outlook Add-In also provides users with the ability to search their email in MailMeter.
