MailMeter Insight Introduces "Personal Insight" Report

Monday, 1 June 2008 - Waterford Technologies, the leading provider of intelligent email and data management solutions, today announced the availability of the MailMeter "Personal Insight" report.

MailMeter Personal Insight is an automatically generated report that is sent to selected email users to show them their email activity for a period such as daily, weekly or monthly. The report lists every person they have sent emails to as well as every person they have received emails from. Personal Insight also shows them the Subject line of every message sent or received and every attachment sent or received.

MailMeter Personal Insight quickly lets each email user see how many of their emails are personal or could be viewed as suspicious or inappropriate. Managers can see a summary of the report for each individual.
